Chatham Road

Our team recently had the opportunity to work on a comprehensive Performance Solution Report for a proposed residential development at 21 Chatham Rd, Canterbury. This development plan involves the construction of seven double-storey townhouses, each with a basement carpark.

Our mission was to address the identified access non-compliances with the requirements of AS1428.1, focusing specifically on the accessibility to the entry of each SOU. The challenge was to develop a solution for serval non-deemed-to-satisfy issues, throughout the development.

Our team also worked on ensuring wheelchair access without compromising on aesthetics. Through this project, we delivered a blend of technical compliance without compromising aesthetic design, optimizing accessibility and functionality.
