Access Studio had the honour of collaborating with Nightingale Housing on a multi-stage project that required our input through numerous stages, including Town Planning Reports, numerous Design Reviews, Site Visits, and the implementation of Performance Solutions. This partnership was a testament to our commitment to creating sustainable and inclusive communities.

Our mission spanned across the different stages of the Nightingale Housing project, addressing a myriad of challenges and opportunities. We undertook rigorous Town Planning Reports to ensure that the development aligned seamlessly with local regulations and the project’s overall vision.

The project’s numerous Design Reviews and Site Visits enabled us to evaluate and enhance various aspects of accessibility and functionality. Our team meticulously analysed and proposed solutions that went beyond mere compliance, contributing to the project’s unique character.

Through the implementation of Performance Solutions, we aimed to push the boundaries of accessibility, striving to exceed standard requirements.
